OUR COMMITMENT

Our Certified Resort Director and staffs commitment is to integrity, safety, courtesy, service and cleanliness for the families, players and coaches. We have designed a comprehensive program for the players as they spend their WEEK with us! Security, good nutrition and educational activities round out a great week of softball! One of the KEY components of the Diamond Dreams safety plan is our INTERNSHIP program.

Coaching Interns (Assistant Coaches) can be included on your teams roster and live in the clubhouses for the players security and comfort. The position requires participation in the weekly coaching clinic and player instruction. ALL AC's are screened and approved by Diamond Dreams and the Head Coach. TWO COACHES must stay with their team in Softball Village. Additional duties include assisting the coaching staff with their respective clubhouse assigned teams during the week as requested. Players get an opportunity to interact for the week with their assigned college softball player chaperone. Families receive first hand information from their teams assigned chaperone about what to expect at the next level of the game and how academics play the most important role.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Plan ahead! Carry certain documents; tournament schedule, area phone nembers, etc. Once the resort opening festivities end and your daughter enters Softball Village, you can only meet her at the security entrance. Plan your family and team times according to your playing schedule. Most restaurants don't require reservations and the food costs are very reasonable. Coordinate activities with your coaching staff after receiving the final tournament schedule.
